The HV model valve shares many of the same features as the LP, but is designed for use with higher viscosity glues. With a somewhat higher profile, it offers the same robust construction, together with ease of set-up and maintenance. The IGV or “smart” applicator valve is a totally self-contained, time based glue application system that eliminates the need for a separate control console. Simply add a pressurized glue supply and provide power from a standard wall outlet. One of two integrated optical sensors is activated for programmable operation, both for applications such as palletizing where glue is to be applied an equal distance from each edge. Built-in switches determine the pattern of each stitch or line of glue. Specifications
